Diy Clyde Pants
Hello Sewist!! Today we're going to make a new pair of Clyde Pants!! These pants by Elizabeth Suzann are so cute but the price isn't as near attractive as the design so let's make this!!!!
Clyde pants:

I am modifying New Look 6563 out of a brown cotton. In this garment, there is no side seam, just a panel with a seam down the mid front and back. and a deep pocket in the side panel. Here's what you're front and back should look like:

I am modifying New Look 6563 out of a brown cotton. In this garment, there is no side seam, just a panel with a seam down the mid front and back. and a deep pocket in the side panel. Here's what you're front and back should look like:
And here's what the pocket, side panel, and waistband should look like:
First, you're going to in and sew your pocket to the side panel.
Topstitch it down then add the back of the pocket.
Next, sew the front and back to the side panel. Topstitch seam for a clean look.
Sew inner leg seam.
Now sew the crotch seams together.
Add on your waistband and topstitch the top and bottom. Make a channel and add elastic.
